industry, with a wealth of knowledge in restaurants as well as manufacturing
and turnkey operations.
Over the 35 years in the industry, I have worked all over
Africa including the Indian Ocean islands, with extensive international travel
visiting all leading manufacturers, seminars and shows in the catering
industry.
With a wealth of experience through the ownership of
restaurants and construction project management company as well as CEO of a
leading company specializing in the manufacturing and full turnkey stainless
steel catering equipment.
Penny Katz has 30 years’ experience in FMCG sector with a wealth of knowledge in restaurants as well as retail sales.
Over the 30 years in the industry, I have worked all over South Africa as the Regional Sales manager to top FMCG brands.
